This UK organic grown stoneground and dressed heritage White Spelt flour has been long prized for it's very high protein content (16%). Creamy in colour, smoot and mildly nutty in flavour it produces light, easier to rise loaves and is perfect for cakes, pastry, flatbread and pizza bases.
Some people with only a mild wheat intolerance may be able to consume spelt flour products without adverse reactions.
