    Do you want to be a Miller

    Would you like the opportunity to be a Miller? You can come in and help Karen our Miller to set up the mill, start the wheel and then grind your own bag of flour. Warwick Bridge Corn Mill Black Wheat Flour

An unusual wheat that gives a dark chocolate bread.

Nutritious mineral-rich Black Wheat wholemeal flour is stone milled in small batches from the Blacksmith grain variety grown in Lincolnshire. It has a 11.4% protein and retains its colour due to characteristic Anthrocyanins when baked imparting a unique flavour profile and a soft chocolate hue to breads and rolls, muffins, pastry and cakes

*for a good rise we recommend you mix between 20-30% with one of our strong flours.
