Nutritious mineral-rich Black Wheat wholemeal flour is stone milled in small batches from the Blacksmith grain variety grown in Lincolnshire. It has a 11.4% protein and retains its colour due to characteristic Anthrocyanins when baked imparting a unique flavour profile and a soft chocolate hue to breads and rolls, muffins, pastry and cakes
