We have recently had a number of requests for a wholemeal plain flour. So we have heeded the demands and have milled some of the soft wheat variety Barrel which we use for our white plain flour through the carborundum stones to make some nice fine wholemeal flour for you.
This will be available either online via the shop or at our market stalls at a price of £3.20 fir 1.5 kg.
