Contract Milling for Charity

Contract Milling for Charity11th November 2022

The Mill has done some contracting milling for Coastal Grains in Northumberland

Coastal Grains a farmer's cooperative supplied the mill with a quantity of wheat variety called Barrel which is used to make flour for general baking.  We have milled this grain and sieved it to make plain white flour which has been bagged to give 110 bags of flour. On Thursday we delivered the flour back to Coastal Grains at Belford in Northumberland. they will now distribute the flour around a number of charities in the area.
